Stefanie Chase with The Joy of Needlepoint is a native of South Carolina residing in Greenville.  As a young child she began cross stitching and then move to Needlepoint close to 20 years ago.  Stefanie has developed a strong passion for needlepoint and considers herself a self-taught stitcher.  She has been teaching in-person classes throughout South Carolina and Georgia where she has taught beginner stitchers, those wanting to expand their stitching to decorative stitching beyond basketweave , technique/detailed stitching and stitches for desired effects utilizing hands-on, interpersonal instruction.   In addition, Stefanie has been teaching private lessons and Zoom classes while  also creating and developing custom stitch guides.
